About these terms
These terms govern use of Emoji Cart, provided by Eric Walker. By using the app, you agree to these terms and any applicable Apple App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
A fictional shopping game
Emoji Cart is entertainment. Its products, prices, Cash, orders, shipping, buyers, collection values, rewards, and deliveries are simulated. No physical product is purchased, shipped, delivered, resold, or redeemed. Pretend Cash has no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or used outside the app. The app is not a financial, retail, shipping, or savings service.
Gems and in-app purchases
Gems are an in-game resource used for features such as selected premium variants, faster simulated delivery, deal refreshes, and Mystery Packages. Optional Gem packs are consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple. Prices and billing are shown by the App Store. Except where required by applicable law or Apple's policies, purchase handling and refund eligibility are governed by Apple's applicable terms and processes.
Gems and other in-game resources are licensed for use inside Emoji Cart, have no cash value, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the app. Do not assume a consumable purchase can be restored like a non-consumable entitlement. The app records verified transactions and synchronizes remaining Gems and game progress through CloudKit when available, but synchronization may be delayed or unavailable.
Game operation and changes
Catalog availability, fictional prices, deals, rewards, delivery times, buyer requests, achievements, progression, and balance may operate according to the current app version and saved state. Updates may reasonably adjust or correct game content and behavior. Features can depend on compatible hardware, iOS, iCloud availability, notification settings, and App Store connectivity.
Your responsibilities
Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, bypass purchase verification, manipulate transactions, distribute modified copies, or misuse intellectual property. You are responsible for device security and for purchase controls on your Apple account or family group.
Data and synchronization
The app stores game data locally and is configured to synchronize it through Apple's private CloudKit environment when available. Delays, conflicts, account changes, device settings, or service interruptions may affect synchronization. Review the Privacy Policy for current data practices. Before resetting progress or deleting data, read the in-app confirmation and consider effects on other synchronized devices.
Availability and disclaimers
Emoji Cart is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no promise is made that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or service state. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eric Walker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the app. Any limitation applies only to the extent legally enforceable and does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Emoji Cart at any time. Access may be restricted if necessary to protect the app, its users, Apple services, or legal rights, or in response to misuse. Provisions that logically survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability terms, continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
Updated terms will display a revised date. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted. Material changes should be reviewed before publication.
